Shipping Within South Africa

We currently ship to all destinations within South Africa.

  • Standard shipping: R110 per order
  • Free shipping: On all orders over R700
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection

You are welcome to collect your order directly from our Brakpan location at no charge. Please note:

  • Place your order online and wait for confirmation before coming to collect
  • Collection is by appointment only — please contact us via WhatsApp on 067 291 2751 to arrange a suitable time
  • Collection address: 41 Waterval Road, Brakpan, 1541, Gauteng

Storage & Shelf Life

Our liquid extracts have a long shelf life thanks to the natural preserving properties of laboratory-grade ethanol and our UV and light-resistant amber glass bottles. To maintain potency:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use
  • Do not refrigerate unless stated on the label

Alcohol Content Notice

Terupharma extracts are made using laboratory-grade ethanol as a solvent. While the amount of ethanol per dose (3 to 4 pumps) is very small, customers who avoid alcohol for religious, medical, or personal reasons should be aware of this. Please consult your healthcare practitioner if you have concerns.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of every product we send out.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Your order arrived damaged or leaking
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a genuine quality concern with your product

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, after reviewing the issue. Please contact us via WhatsApp on 067 291 2751 or email info@terupharma.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
