REFUND POLICY
At Terupharma, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used items unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For EFT payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account provided by you.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@terupharma.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@terupharma.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
