Delivery Areas We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship via reputable courier services. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Gauteng: 1–2 business days
- Major cities (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth): 2–3 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 3–5 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to courier capacity or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the courier's website.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a collection notice. Terupharma is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@terupharma.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
